Huasheng Industry's In-House Paint Line and Test LabPublished on : 2026-09-04

Surface finishing is the last thing a customer sees and often the first thing to fail — unless it is controlled from the first coat. Huasheng Industry runs its own baking paint line for aluminum products, paired with a laboratory that verifies every batch before shipment.

Owning the paint line is only half the story. The other half is owning the test. Each production batch is accompanied by a physical test sample carrying a standard laboratory application form — product name, batch number, submitting workshop, and inspection item all filled in and filed. This is not paperwork for show; it is the backbone of our traceability, letting us trace any quality question back to a specific batch and a specific record.

Two checks anchor the process. Adhesion testing measures how firmly the coating bonds to the aluminum substrate, the difference between a finish that lasts and one that flakes within a season. Film thickness measurement verifies even, adequate coverage across the profile, protecting against corrosion and premature wear. Batches that do not pass do not ship.

For buyers, in-house painting plus in-house testing means one less external variable in the supply chain: no coating subcontractors, no split responsibility, no hidden process gaps. Surface quality is planned, executed, and verified under one roof — and that is a claim we can back with a signed test record.
